Privacy Policy

Last updated: January 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Compass Camper LLC (Oregon), operator of Lake Ozark Boat Docks (lakeozarkboatdocks.com), collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit the website or submit a form. We refer to Compass Camper LLC as "we," "us," or "our" throughout this document. By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to the terms below.

1. Who We Are

Lake Ozark Boat Docks is a marketing service that connects Lake of the Ozarks waterfront property owners with independent, Ameren-certified dock builders. We are not a licensed contractor. We do not perform dock construction, repair, or modification work. The site is operated by Compass Camper LLC, registered in Oregon.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways:

  • Information you provide directly. Name, phone number, ZIP code, and any project description you include in our contact or quote forms. Email is optional and not required.
  • Information collected automatically. Standard server log information including IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages viewed. We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console to understand site usage. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to:

  • Connect you with an Ameren-certified dock builder appropriate for your cove, project type, and timeline.
  • Communicate with you by phone, text, or email about your project request and follow-up scheduling.
  • Improve site content and understand which pages help property owners most.
  • Comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests from authorities.

4. How We Share Your Information

When you submit a quote request, we share your name, phone number, ZIP code, and project description with one or more Ameren-certified dock builders ("partner builders") so they can contact you to schedule a free on-site consultation. The partner builders are independent businesses that operate under their own insurance and their own Ameren CDB certification.

We do not sell your information to third-party data brokers. We do not share your information with anyone outside the partner builder network except as required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

We may use service providers (form processors, email delivery, call tracking via CallRail) who process information on our behalf. They are contractually limited to using information only for the services they provide to us.

5. TCPA Consent and Communications

When you submit a form and check the consent box, you authorize Compass Camper LLC and our partner Ameren-certified dock builders to contact you by phone, text, or email at the number and address you provided, including by automated means, regarding boat dock services. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may opt out of email communications by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing compassleadgroup@gmail.com. Opting out of marketing does not prevent us from contacting you about an active project you have requested.

We retain records of your consent and our communications with you for a minimum of five years to satisfy applicable consumer protection regulations.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use first-party cookies and Google Analytics to measure site usage. We use CallRail to track which marketing channel drove your call so we can improve our outreach. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral retargeting tags.

7. Your Rights

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing compassleadgroup@gmail.com. We respond to verifiable requests within 45 days.

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) including the right to know, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

8. Children's Privacy

The site is intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us so we can remove it.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No internet transmission is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Material changes will be noted on the site.

11. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes related to this policy will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oregon.
